Stephen was very responsive to all of our requests and needs while selling our home. He also was able to meet us on short notices to view house in a very large search area. He definitely put in some miles and lots of his personal time to help us finally choose a house that was beyond our expectations. He has a great attitude and never once waived or treated us in a manner other than respectful. He seemed to have a general interest in making sure we got everything we needed to make our transition smooth. He is also a very Christian man that loves God and an avid sportman which helped to understand our house hunting needs. I have already recommended him to a few of my family members and close friends. I trust him and have no other reason to believe otherwise that he is a completely honest man! Thank you Stephen for all of your help!

Stephen went over and above to help us find the right home for our across country move. He was patient with all our questions, resourceful in finding a home that met our needs. He made great suggestions and really cared about our being happy with the transaction. After the sale he even sent us a list of local restaurants, attractions and fishing lakes :) We would use Stephen again!!

Stephen helped my husband and I find the perfect home for our family ! He went out of his way to show us homes after our work hours and went above and beyond when negotiating with the sellers . Him and his lovely wife make a great team and we could not have asked for a better agent for our first time home purchase . We will absolutely use him for future sales or purchases .

Got a contract in the first 24 hrs, Got 114.6 per square foot..no acreage. Didnt pay a penny of closing cost. Was very knowledgeable on prices and super quick to respond if a question. Can or does your agent do that ???
