Stephanie is absolutely wonderful. I reached out to her when I was potentially looking to relocate to the area, and she took my list of wants/needs and budget and showed me a number of listings before I even had a job offer in hand. She gave me a really good feel of the area, and showed me a bunch of options from pocket listings that weren’t on the market to brand new construction. She never showed me anything out of my reach or that didn’t meet my primary criteria. She was infinitely patient with all my questions, and ultimately I picked a new construction home. Throughout the 7 month build, she was there every step of the way and I cannot thank her enough. It’s clear she really cares about giving her clients the best possible experience even in a crazy market, and never once did she pressure me into anything I didn’t want or need. Thank you, Stephanie!

We have just closed on our house. Through all of the uncertainty of the virus and the economy, Stephanie and Erin kept on working for us. In preparing the house for sale, both made good suggestions and helped us all along the way. It was easy to get a question answered because they responded quickly and overall stayed in touch with us. We never felt pressured. They were always pleasant to work. We would recommend them!

Stephanie has and is always very helpful in my dealings with her. She always has "my back". Never have I had a problem with sale and purchase of property that Stephanie could not handle for me. I recommend her for any real estate purchases and or sales.

There was a considerable gap in my price and the buyers offer. Stephanie closed it the gap, made the deal, I got what I was asking. I'm most, most satisfied.

As Stephanie's neighbor for a few years and also a buyer through her, I can say she is really nice, and knows the market in the Golden Isles well. She also went to bat for me trying to close on a house recently although she was the sellers rep.
