I could not say enough AMAZING things about Stephanie and her team at Home Collective Northwest. We had the most frustrating seller experience that we did not imagine would happen as first time home buyers, but Stephanie made it 100000% better. She was quick to update us, respond to our endless questions, and gave us insight into the experience throughout the whole process. We first reached out like 6-8 months before we thought we were going to start looking for a house, and she was so friendly and onboard with us securing her as our agent. We connected so well we didn't interview anyone else. Well, we decided to start looking a couple months earlier, and she was available whenever we needed her and always so fun and kind to chat with. From our initial home search, to insight on the winter market and pricing, inspection headaches and so much more, Stephanie was incredible. And all of her recommended vendors/contractors? They're just as great. She was the best agent we could have hands down. If you don't hire Stephanie or her team, you're missing out. HIRE MY GIRL STEPHANIE!

We feel very blessed to have worked with Emma Gronholdt and Home Collective Northwest team to sell our home in Tacoma. We found her through a Dave Ramsey website. She was very professional. Clear transparent communication. Even when we had to leave on a cruise out of country, while under contract with a buyer, she was flexible with our schedule and kept us informed. We had an amazing experience with Emma and Stephanie. We were first time homebuyers so really had no idea what we were doing. Emma was able to answer every question and advise us on the best step to take with each thing that came up. It was still a stressful process but it was made so much easier with Emma helping us along the way. We could not have done it without her help and would highly recommend this team to anyone who is buying or selling.
