We worked with Spence for over 6 months to find our dream Olympia waterfront home. Spence was patient, professional, and knowledgeable about site and home information such as earth movement and land drainage, that we hadn't even considered. He listened well, searched tirelessly, and found us our one in a million home five minutes after it was listed! Highly recommend Spence Weigand.

Thanks to Spence, I just sold my waterfront home in Olympia. I live 3000 miles away from the home, and after 20+ years of renting it, it was in much need of some TLC. Spence arranged everything, from the inspection to determine what we should fix and what we should leave, to finding contractors to do the work, to helping me decide how to price the home. He was exceedingly responsive, keeping me in the loop at every step of the way, generally without me even having to ask for information. When the offers came in, I felt confident taking his advice on how to respond. As issues arose (as they always do with older homes), he was always available with sound advice and confidence that all would work out. It did, and I was delighted with the final result. I would recommend Spence without any reservation whatsoever.

Spence was a true pleasure to work with! He was very easy to communicate with and was an absolute professional. He completely knew the market and made the process seemingly easy. I would absolutely recommend using Spence for buying or selling your home.

As a chef-restourantour my time is precious and Spence did not waste any of it. He handled any hitches or negotiations in the sale of my vintage home so I felt no added stress... this was invaluable to me. He is a very busy agent but I never felt uncared for or left out of the loop, he did a wonderful job. My wife, son and I recently met with Spence to learn more about properties in the area around Olympia Washington. Spence met with three of us, and not only took the time to show us several properties in the area but was also very generous in helping terms of us to understand the local real estate market, the outlook for property values, and the pros and cons of different areas. He made great suggestions as to how we might efficiently manage our search for a retirement property.<br/><br/>We look forward to visiting with Spence again in the future.
