Sonja has been amazing throughout this entire process. This is all new to me as a first time home buyer. Sonja is professional, very knowledgeable, has been patient and taken the time to thoroughly answer all of my questions. She is prompt to respond and flexible with my crazy schedule. What I have appreciated the most is her genuine care, transparency and honesty which shows incredible integrity. I highly recommend Sonja Zoet for any person needing a trustworthy real estate agent whether you are buying or selling.

Sonja was extremely helpful and insightful throughout the process of selling my home when I couldn't be there to take care of the upkeep or work that needed to be completed in order for it to be sold. She far exceeded my expectations in her ability to facilitate complicated transitions and produce excellent results!

Sonja Zoet is amazing to work with! She is responsive to our questions and is so knowledgeable! It has been over 20 years since we have purchased a home and she has been with us every step of the way! Answering our questions and explaining processes in a way we can understand. She truly wanted to know what we wanted in a home and neighborhood. She was not pushy and listen to us. She is patient, yet very timely when things need to get done! It was like we were working with a friend! We could tell she has our best interests at heart! I would recommend her 1000 times over!

Sonja was fantastic. She was up and beyond helping! Although the building fell through, I absolutely am keeping her as my realtor. I was always received on the phone and I feel she never blew me off and I always got immediate answers! She’s also optimistic even when things aren’t looking so great. I don’t have a lot of money and she never treated me like she was wasting her time. Rarely do you find smart, kind, unselfish people. I also trust her with any personal issues that might hinder me purchasing a building. She’s an absolute asset to any team and she always has great game plans for getting things done. She also went into a really creepy building by herself and turned on the lights at a risk to her own safety! I can’t wait to work with her again. Thank you, Sonja
