Sheryl was extremely responsive anytime I called, text or emailed. She was very knowledgeable of the properties I was interested in and familiar with the seller and the intricacies surrounding the property I chose. I definitely recommend her if you are buying or selling anywhere in Nevada especially in Pioche and Panaca areas.

Sheryl is the only agent I use in Lincoln County, NV to sell my parcels. Her knowledge of the area surpasses any other agent in the area. I've used her to sell multiple properties in the area. There is a reason her name is on almost every listing in the area. HIGHLY Recommeneded.

There was exactly 1 property in Pioche we wanted. I went over my offer with Sheryl, she helped me with it and presented it to the owners. They accepted and we will be Pioche full time residents in about a year. Sheryl is great with communication whether it be email, phone call or text. She kept us updated all the way through and anytime I had a question she answered promptly. Have no hesitation calling her for real estate in Lincoln County.

I contacted Sheryl this morning about listing my property in Pioche, Nevada. As we visited I was impressed and appreciated her knowledge, guidance, and expertise. She is a hustler! She has already traveled to Pioche and checked out the property and contacted me back. I had not even signed a contract with her yet.....but I certainly will Mondayl!!! I have no doubt she will move my property.

Sheryl was very helpful and understanding as we worked through this trust sale and was able to line up a buyer very quickly. We relied on her heavily due to the fact that we did not live in the area. Sheryl was very flexible and worked after hours to meet our needs! Thank you for the great customer service
