This is the third time we have worked with Sherry Smith. We have both bought and sold homes with her as our realtor. When we moved to Texas 10 years ago, we relied heavily on Sherry to help us pick a home. She was very professional and her knowledge of the area was extremely helpful. She was very patient with us and showed us what felt like a hundred homes before we found the one we wanted. Her prior military service came in handy with her knowledge of VA loans and procedures in buying our home. When it came time 10 years later to list our home and make a move out into the country, I did not hesitate in calling Sherry to help us again! There are a lot of great Real Estate agents around this area, but in my opinion, Sherry and her team tops them all!

I have four pages of things that went wrong with her as our listing agent. She came a week early for her appointment. I had to call her to remind her about the stager and then about the photgrapher. The stager told me that Sherry had told her that she forgot to call to get an appt. She set up the photographer on Memorial Day but Sherry was "busy" that day and wanted the photographer to hurry. She NEVER once showed our house nor did her company. I was told it would be on the internet and a sign put up the day after finally signing the contract (which to three weeks to sign). It was not. I had to call and ask for the sign and ask why it was not on the internet as promised. I had to ask after every showing what was the feedback. I recieved no communication from her unless I initiated the conversation. It also took 69 days to get my copy of my contract. It was also 71 days before we had the "big" sign was put in front of our house. I had to ask her lower the price after 4 months. I did not feel she wanted to sell my house. She was referred to us by a friend from church. We were thoroughly disappointed.
