This is the second experience with Sherry. The first time we were the sellers... .this time we were the buyers. It doesn't matter which side you are on she has stellar customer service. She is experienced and knowledgable. Highly recommend her for any of your real estate needs!

Sherry and her all of her staff were very professional and knowledgeable of the market we were looking in. Her office kept us updated weekly on the progress of the closing and any details needed from us to make it happen. I would use Sherry and her staff to purchase or sell any property in the future.

Ms Haylett totally impressed myself and my family with her expertise of the market, responsiveness, and level of service. My family interviewed two agents before listing our property. The other agent wanted to list the property at $250k, Ms Haylett suggested $300k +. Within the first week of listing the property, there were several showings, by the second week we received two offers. The property closed for over $300k just as Ms Haylett had predicted. There were scheduling issues regarding the closing date due to limited holiday availability by both parties. Ms. Haylett went above and beyond to reach a solution allowing the closing to take place. I am convinced that our house may still be on the market had we not chosen Ms Haylett to represent our property. She is unique in her attitude, work ethic and willingness to go above and beyond to serve the needs of her clients.

We were selling my mom’s home remotely and had little knowledge of the local market. Sherry advised us that it was worth 25% more than the value proposed by the other realtors we interviewed. At first we were skeptical that it was a ploy to get the listing, but after receiving offers the first week, Sherry confirmed that she just understood the market better than her competitors. She continued to exceed our expectations by the way she handled the process thru closing. A tireless worker, she did whatever took to see the deal thru. Wouldn’t even consider dealing with anyone else if we were looking to buy or sell in the Coldwater area.

Sherry is a fantastic realtor! We have had her represent us with both buying and selling homes and she always proves to be urgent, thorough, and a true advocate for her clients. Her staff is wonderful as well and keeps in constant communication about progress being made with our properties. I cannot recommend Sherry enough to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.
