We interviewed several realtors but were most impressed with Sherry. She had a knowledge of the market; had researched the home in advance and was able to offer some pointers in regards to listing the property. This all helped to result in a contract several hours after the property went on the market. Sherry followed through and kept a good line of communication with us from start to finish. Sherry was absolutely fantastic in our search for our first home. We found the perfect home wit her help in a very short period of time, and was very responsive by both phone and email. When listing our home for sale, we chose to go with Sherry Looney and the Loon Crew. Once listing, the process seemed to go so fast from putting the sign in the yard, taking pictures of the home, having showings, and getting a contract on our house. We put our home for sale in September 2014, were in contract by December and closed on it January 2015. Sherry and her crew were very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. They were quick to respond to our questions and helped guide us along the way since we were first-time home sellers! They made the process seem easy and less stressful than what I imagined it to be. I will recommend Sherry and the Loon Crew to anyone else who needs to buy or sell a home.
