Absolutely amazing at helping you find and get a home! I was struggling to find a home that I loved and feared not being able to get it when that time came. However, with the help of the Tobias and Andrews group they helped me write a very strong offer that would stand out and get me the house! When it came time for us to sell our home, we worked exclusively with Trevor. As first time sellers, Trevor immediately made a great first impression by detailing his plans to market our home to prospective buyers and to advocate for as many showings as possible. However, as can sometimes happen, we did encounter some bumps in the road during the selling process (home inspections, HOA, title company, et al). What impressed us the most is that while Trevor was not responsible for these issues that arose, he was responsible for working timely and practical solutions that were in our best interest!! He is a natural problem solver and never waned in his enthusiasm and confidence that he could get the best deal possible for us. I highly recommend!!

Trevor and Aaron are a great team to work with. They took the time to know our situation and helped us get into a new house quickly. They always made themselves available to show us whatever homes we wanted to see or speak to us about any questions or concerns that came up. I liked that they listened to what types of houses we liked and found us the perfect house. Thanks for everything guys! We will be using them in the future when we buy our next home.
