Sheri is amazing! This was my second time using Sheri and I can wholeheartedly recommend her for both buying and selling a home. Her expertise, availability and knowledge are unmatched. In addition, Sheri is genuinely compassionate and understanding. My mother recently passed away and I called Sheri to sell the condo. Knowing what a difficult and emotional time this was, Sheri continuously went above and beyond making the experience as painless as possible. She doesn't just negotiate a great deal, but helps with the millions of small details involved in selling a home - repairs, inspections, furniture removal, donations, etc. Sheri does it all! I could not have gotten through this sale without her and cannot thank her enough for her help, patience and kindness.

Sheri did a great job! She was very personable and professional and completed everything on time with our very tight timetable! Sheri had good communication between us and the buyers. I would highly recommend Sheri!!

Sheri Is a fantastic Realtor and person! Not only did she find the right property and complete the purchase without a glitch but she followed up after the sale to help with the move-in process. Sheri was great throughout the entire experience. She was patient with us while showing us properties and wanted to get us into as many as possible. While showing us the houses, her knowledge of what updates could be done and how to do those updates was excellent. After we had an offer accepted, Sheri was very knowledgeable and helped protect us throughout the process. She was also great with negotiations and pushed for what we wanted. Now that we have the keys, she is helping us contact various professionals to help us do the necessary fixes to move in. Sheri was genuinely excited for us during the home buying process and communicated well with both my wife and me. I would recommend Sheri to my family, friends, and any other buyer out there.

Sheri was terrific to work with. She always responded in a timely manner and kept us up to date with pertinent information. Her knowledge of the industry and her negotiating skills were top notch. Sheri is a very genuine person who cares for her clients and their best interests. We are so grateful to have had her selling our home. We lived in our home for 28 years and this was the first time we had an opportunity to be the seller and not the buyer. It was bittersweet to sell and Sheri made the entire process stress free. We would highly recommend Sheri for all of your real estate needs. She definitely made us happy and she will be a friend for life! Thank you Sheri for everything!!!!!
