Sheri was great throughout the entire experience. She was patient with us while showing us properties and wanted to get us into as many as possible. While showing us the houses, her knowledge of what updates could be done and how to do those updates was excellent. After we had an offer accepted, Sheri was very knowledgeable and helped protect us throughout the process. She was also great with negotiations and pushed for what we wanted. Now that we have the keys, she is helping us contact various professionals to help us do the necessary fixes to move in. Sheri was genuinely excited for us during the home buying process and communicated well with both my wife and me. I would recommend Sheri to my family, friends, and any other buyer out there.

Sheri was terrific to work with. She always responded in a timely manner and kept us up to date with pertinent information. Her knowledge of the industry and her negotiating skills were top notch. Sheri is a very genuine person who cares for her clients and their best interests. We are so grateful to have had her selling our home. We lived in our home for 28 years and this was the first time we had an opportunity to be the seller and not the buyer. It was bittersweet to sell and Sheri made the entire process stress free. We would highly recommend Sheri for all of your real estate needs. She definitely made us happy and she will be a friend for life! Thank you Sheri for everything!!!!!

For the past 30 years, Sheri has been my go to RE agent for anything in Southern California. I have purchased and sold numerous properties and, in each transaction, she has simply been superb - going far beyond what I would consider industry standards. Communications are timely, clear, concise, and accurate. She does not wonder or watch things happen, she makes things happen. For example, my most recent transaction was the sale of a single family residence in the City of Los Angeles (City) where there are many City specific requirements, e.g., seismic gas shutoff valves, etc. that have to be met for the sale to go through. Sheri was on top of these requirements and got them done with the end result being a very timely closing in less than a month. I couldn't be happier. Anyone needing a RE agent should seriously consider - no, just engage Sheri's services.

When we sold our family home of more than 30-years over a year ago we knew very little about the intricacies of selling a valued property.
