Shelly Kane was great to work with! We live out of the area, and she was selling our estate home. It was an emotional time, but Shelly helped make the transition much easier. Shelly was extremely helpful, patient and proactive in finding the land acreage and (very specific) features we required. It took us almost 2-years to find exactly what we needed and we were successful in large part due to Shelly’s persistence. I would recommend Shelly to anyone looking for real estate in Tyler County.

Shelly has done such an outstanding job selling some property I had. Any time I had a question she always responds very quickly with the answer and as for as negotiation she's the best. I received my asking price or came pretty close. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor.
