Shelby Rawlings at Exit Self Property Advisors is an awesome realtor to work with. I was on a very limited timeline to find a property coupled with the fact that I was moving from Florida to Georgia had an injury and could not travel to view properties in person. Shelby worked with my son who lives in Georgia and they would visit places and do video calls with me so I could see the property. Less than two weeks before I was scheduled to move, I found a property and she was able to get all the arrangements made for a quick closing. Everything went smoothly thanks to Shelby Rawlings. I definitely recommend working with Shelby and would not hesitate using her again!

Shelby was great the entire process of closing on our home! From the negotiation process of putting in and offer to the actually closing date!! She worked swiftly and took care of us every step of the way. She made the home buying process as easy as she could and she always made sure to put our needs and wants first! Shelby was the most down to earth and humble person we worked with and she did a fantastic job! we could not be more proud to have her as our realtor!
