Sharon is very knowledgeable of this part of the valley, as she grew up here. She was always quick to respond to our emails and texts, and accessible via phone, also. She was very patient with us, showing us over 20 houses in just a couple of months. She guided us through the closing procedures, making what can be a somewhat difficult process much easier.

From our initial contact, Sharon has been a tremendous delight to work with. In the beginning stages of our search for a home/property, we had our own challenge to overcome, as you can imagine. A significant factor in our search for a home/property was to find just the right person to help us reach our goal(s). A requisite was to find an individual/agent whom we had faith and trust in, especially because we were looking in a new area. We really needed to have peace of mind while searching in a new area. We found just the right person; and, that outstanding professional was Sharon Gibson, of course. Right from the onset, Sharon has been a terrific source of information, a top notch consultant. Sharon is very knowledgeable. Her immense skill and vast training in the industry helped us, immensely, in our quest, in many ways. We had many technical questions. Sharon would answer them fully. She was AWESOME! If there was something that she wasn't quite sure about, she would get on it, immediately, and call us back, without delay. Any time we asked Sharon to follow up on something, she would do so, at once, willingly, without hesitation. And, we knew just how busy she was. That, however, didn't matter. She took care of us, as if we were her only focus. This, we must say, is quite admirable. During the entire process, just to show you what type of person Sharon is, she was always very straightforward with us. Additionally, we always felt that she had our best interest at heart. And, speaking of heart, one, other impressive quality that we learned about Sharon is that she has a good heart, as she is a decent, human being. She made it obvious that she wanted us to find/get exactly what we wanted; yet, Sharon never put any pressure upon us. We, very quickly, recognized Sharon's extremely high, ethics, personal and professional principles that we, ourselves, appreciate and cherish. Sharon Gibson is a very special person, admirable, in many ways. With the utmost confidence, we feel absolutely blessed to have had Sharon as our real estate agent. We are honored to know her. In the highest of spirits, we are proud to state that we have worked with her. When we have any future real estate needs, we will definitely contact Sharon, without pause. We would, gladly and wholeheartedly, highly recommend Sharon to anyone who is in the market for a home or property.

I am very happy that we contacted Sharon. She is very knowledgeable and very helpful. Would recommend her and would work with her again. She recommended that we have extra inspections to make sure that we were protected before we bought the property. She also found similar properties that matched our search to make sure we were happy with our decision and made suggestions on each property as far as making offers.
