Shani was awesome and made the process easier. She showed me great property and ones that fit in my budget and South Winter Haven area. Since becoming a first time homeowner and I had a lot of questions and Shani was there to guide me through this sometime frustrating process and I had some negative feelings but she kept me thinking positive

Even though we were multiple states away, Shani made the "remote" selling process very organized and easy for us, and we heard that she is wonderful in person as well! Would definitely work with her again.

Shani did an amazing job helping me and my fiancé buy our first home. She was very professional and patient in answering all our questions. She was super quick with responding to messages. It was our first experience buying a home so it was a bit stressful for us, Shani did great helping us navigating through everything. I love how willing she was to help with any concerns that we had. I would definitely recommend working with her.
