Scott tackled the challenge of helping my siblings and I sell our parents' 50-years home through the family trust. The house had a lot of deferred maintenance issues, it was a heavy-rain winter, and the interest rate environment was not friendly! He successfully negotiated us through the buyer's contingencies, got us a good price, and closed escrow early. It was a win all around with Mr. Raaka.

Highly recommend Scott. He was referred to us by an agent in another State. So, we had no prior knowledge or working experience with Scott. He was very quick to understand exactly what we were looking for to purchase. He is very responsive, a good communicator, very patient and stays involved throughout the process yet never came across pushy or overbearing.

We worked with Scott to buy our new home in Santa Rosa. We lucked into finding the perfect place for us very quickly into the search, but without Scott to expertly guide us through writing the winning offer and smooth the path when the bank we chose delayed closing I can definitely say I wouldn't be sitting in our new house writing this. Scott was incredibly responsive to basically any form of contact and very flexible.

Scott was a huge help in this home buying process! My financee and I were first time home buyers buying from another city so Scott made dealing with the day to day meeting (in our place) easy and pain free. He was very communicative and responsive via phone calls or text. He recommended a ton of local vendors for get the home inspection completed, roof inspections coordinated, and recommended a few locksmiths for when we eventually closed on our house! He was huge help in process and walked us through the steps when I reached out for support. Overall, I'd say he knocked it of the neighborhood!
