I just purchased a lake house in Glennie that Scott had listed. He was very knowledgeable, knew the property well, easy to deal with, hard working and very responsive to phone calls and questions. I would and will recommend Scott to family and friends in the future when they are looking for a seller's or buyer's agent! Thanks for your time and hard work Scott, love the new house and property!

Closed on my condo several days ago and Scott is still kindly acting as my liaison since I am moving to MI from AZ. He's kind and unpretentious, and has gone way beyond the call of duty for me. I was searching for the right property for several months and almost gave up finding an agent whom I could depend on. He's very knowledgeable about the area and guided my search. He patiently discussed all aspects of the properties I was interested in and even did video walk-thru's for me. He even negotiated with the seller, on my behalf, to enhance the purchase. I am so happy with my purchase and highly recommend Scott and his agency.

10 yrs. ago we came to Tawas looking for vacant land to build our retirement home. Scott helped with the purchase of 10 beautiful acres. Now we live here. Recently we were looking for hunting property, we contacted Scott and again he guided us threw the purchase. It was a very pleasurable experience. We wouldn't hesitate to contact Scott again. This is the second time that my family has used Scott’s services. He assisted my brother with the purchase of hunting property several years ago and my brother highly recommended him. I was very impressed by his professionalism and knowledge of the area. He promptly took photos and started marketing the property immediately. He kept me informed during the process and promptly responded to my calls, texts and emails. He is very involved in the community and has a wealth of information regarding local government, the environment and recreational opportunities nearby. There were a few challenges along the way but he was always the voice of reason and his advice was priceless! I would highly recommend him and his expertise.
