Scott listed and sold a home for me and I would absolutely use Scott if I had to do it all over again. He is prompt with his replies and goes the extra mile to make sure all of the pieces fall into place. We had a couple of difficulties in the week leading up to the closing, and Scott was right there in front of the issues helping out and making sure everything stayed on track. I cannot speak for his service on the buying side, but I know I will be contacting Scott when that time comes as well.

I am a first time home buyer and had no knowledge of the buying process, Scott was an incredible realtor. He went out of his way numerous times to make sure I knew and understood everything. I will recommend Scott to anyone I know buying or selling in the future. I couldn't have asked for more!

Scott is the only realtor I would ever use. I bought 4 properties with him and I couldn't have done it without him. He is fantastic and I love him. He knew the properties and what I should pay for them. He is real and honest and I found him to have my best interest at heart. He is one in a million and I will be his friend forever. I couldn't believe all the time he spent with me looking at places. Not once did he let me down to see a place as soon as it went on the market. This is very important because we are in a fast market and if you don't get their right away, you lose it to someone else. He never let that happen. He has built his own homes and knew where to look for problems. If he did not like a place he told me not to get it. He is so honest and he was exactly what I needed, an agent and a friend. He is the total professional, you can trust him to find the right home for you. This is a real review, I did not know Scott until I was looking for an agent and he really is the best you can have in finding your dream home. I would not use anyone else.

Scott has been great from the very beginning. He has shown me a few houses I was interested in and helped me understand the home purchasing details. He has also listed my mobile home for me and has shown it quite a few times, but the lot rent is out of our control. Scott is always cheerful and optomistic. Even on the weekend when I emailed him in total frustration....he actually called to make sure I was OK with all the details of the pending sale and that I understood everything!! I thank my friend for recommending Scott and I will definately recommend him to others.
