We can say more about Sarah Sheehan than just a good feeling or personality fit. Once we decided to sign on with Vermont Properties, we got to know Sarah and Kathy, and they shared with us so many tips to get ourselves and our property ready to sell. As we closed in on our listing time, Sarah was extraordinary. She was engaging, informative, and not pushy or condescending. She was honest and forthright, and never hurried us. Her guidance was of expert caliber through the entire process. When we had questions, she answered from a place of great experience and her calm approach truly reduced our anxiety about selling a home we owned for nearly 40 years. Sarah knew exactly what to advise when it came to things like choosing the listing price, scheduling the showings, negotiating the offers, and closing in quickly on the final offer to get us above our asking price. Sarah was great! I was looking for a lot in the Okemo Valley. We spoke about my preferences and goals for the lot (e.g., quiet, near skiing, amenities). I lived away from the area, so she was a great eyes and ears to the market, pointing out lots that I would like and what are some of the drawbacks. She made the process so smooth!
