Sarah Padgett and her team (Allie Hendricks) her were an absolute pleasure to work with. They made the process of dealing with an out-of-state sale as smooth as possible. Professional, trustworthy, communicated well, always reachable, knowledgeable with the local market, accurate with their pricing and marketing strategy which lead to multiple offers and even provided a great referral for a local contractor to assist with the make-ready repairs. We went with Sarah due to her exquisite service and support in our previous home purchase. Sarah and Michael did a prenominal job with the sell and purchase of our current home. Despite having never dealt, from start to finish, with an online sell Sarah helped make the process as seamless as she could. Carly Bush is our hero! She was so incredibly patient helping us find our new home in Texas from Florida, particularly during the unexpected stressful situations that arose from the seller's side. It came to the point where we wouldn't respond to emails from the "other" side because we knew Carly would be on it in her usual lightning fast and friendly manner. We wish we could have kidnapped her and used her as our realtor in selling our Florida home.
