Sarah was great to work with. Had multiple showings scheduled before the property was even listed for sale, then sold 2 days after listing. She even ran out the day of photos to grab new towels to help with staging. Very responsive and didn't have any issues.

Sarah truly goes above and beyond. I am amazed at this woman's work ethic and would like to touch on each rating to show you why. Local Knowledge: I had a price set in mind that I was very firm on and she did not push back on me. Simply stated the facts and quickly (while on the phone with her) found several comps to satisfy asking price. A previous realtor would not do that for me and insisted nothing like that existed, so I never signed on and fortunately found Sarah a few days later. She had the best reviews and she lives up to the reputation. Process Expertise: She really knows her stuff and although we had many huge bumps on the road, she always knew what to do and never settled with the easy choice. She has a deep understanding of the process and and even the tiniest of details. It is evident she has extensive experience in this field. Through the process I felt her advise was always %100 to my benefit. This is a realtor to be trusted and one that actually works for her clients. Responsiveness: She has always replied same day and under a few hours. she is dedicated to her work and always happy to help/answer questions. I never got anything but happy and respectful conversation from her. Truly a pleasure to work with. Negotiation Skills: Now this is where she really shines. Her ability to get her point across and leave with no room for argument is inspiring. She is organized, poised, and knowledgeable in her rebuttals. They are extensive yet not repetitive. The main thing about Sarah is she does not settle. She will fight hard for you day in and day out. It almost felt like having a lawyer working for me. Sarah warrants this essay of a review. She will do for you what most won't. In the process I have also learned so much from her which has become an asset to all my future home dealings. Thank you Sarah for everything you truly are an amazing woman :)

Sarah has been an absolute godsend when we were trying to purchase our home in the area. Being relatively new in the area, her knowledge and expertise of the area helped us immensely in decisions we had to make. Her responsiveness and professionalism is impeccable as well. Even though the market was turbulent at the time and we had many failed bids for properties, Sarah remained extremely reliable and she was ready to help us at a moments notice. I would most definitely recommend Sarah to anyone looking for a home in the area and we would definitely be relying on her again in the future.

We worked with Mrs. Sarah Mulford-Martin and she did more than just find us a new home. We looked at houses remotely and relied on Sarah heavily. She has plenty of experience with identifying abnormalities with the houses we looked at -from smells to paints to neighborhood atmospheres- and she had us covered. She displayed diligence and alacrity with the paperwork and methods needed to close on the home and work with the seller. I strongly recommend Sarah to anyone looking to move to the Maryland area.

Sarah is hands down the most professional and knowledgeable realtor we have ever dealt with in the multiple PCS moves we've gone through 10 years in. As a member of the extended military community Sarah understands how constantly moving puts a lot of stress on military families, her relaxed demeanor and depth of knowledge of the market makes that stress melt away. At our first meeting she came with data and spreadsheets and a tailored and detailed plan to get us top dollar for our home. She had our house sold prior to going on the market and over asking price. She was an invaluable resource in negotiating and her expertise delivered. If the Navy sends us back to Pax River Sarah will be our first phone call, she is that good. IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO BUY OR SELL SARAH IS YOUR ONLY CHOICE!
