Kim was a fantastic resource for us when we were looking for our first home in a new area. Throughout the whole process from looking at over a dozen homes in the area, to advising us through closing, and reccomending local contractors for repairs before moving in. Kim provided a great experience from start to close and beyond, we would strongly reccomend her to anyone looking in this area.

My husband and I were first time home buyers and Kim was phenomenal! She really took the time to make sure we were knowledgeable about the processes involved in looking for and buying a home! She was so friendly and super easy to get ahold of. We would use her for any future real estate ventures!

Working with Brooke was easily my best experience in terms of working with a real estate agent to purchase a house. He is always on-time for appts, communicates very well, and has a great demeanor with superior soft skills. He is very experienced and savvy, and he will work behind-the-scenes to do his very best to represent your interests. He even lent an assist when it came to shopping for financing and also had contacts for follow-on work. I just don't see myself working with anyone else except Brooke for my future real estate needs.

Kim has been absolutely amazing thru the years. She helped me but my house in 2020 and sell the same house three years later. She was extremely knowledgeable on both transactions and helped with every loose end that came up. She went above and beyond in every aspect. I can't thank her enough.

Kimberly was excellent. Her proactive approach, along with her friendly and professional demeanor, made the process smooth. She was always ready to answer any queries and ensured that we were comfortable every step of the way. Her knowledge of the area was impressive, and she was able to use this to our advantage. She was incredibly organized and always kept us informed. Although we had to pull out of the buying market, we plan to use her again when the time comes. We would recommend her to anyone in a heartbeat!
