If I could give 0 stars I would very rude prejudice , not helpful at all instead of leading me towards something more my price range he shut me down and told me to look at something way beneath me .. or what I was in search like I wasn’t worthy of something nice…and was very rude first interaction and condescending… people are suppose to guide you , and help you During a stressful time looking to buy or rent and he was very rude . Beware of him!

Brooke did an amazing job negotiating with the other realtor to help us get our house. He knew just the right amount to allow our offer to be competitive.

Brooke has helped me and my husband not only find and purchase both of our homes, but also secure great tenants for our rental property. Brooke is knowledgeable, cut throat when he needs to be, and the easiest/low key/low pressure realtor I've ever had the pleasure of working with. I highly recommend his services!! He has served me and my family very well for years now.

and you need a superhero. Enter Brooke and Donnie, who took nearly all of the laborious work of preparing the house off of my plate. While I did come out for a week to clear out my father’s belongings, Brooke and Donnie arranged the work and fronted the costs of trash removal and repairs including replacing the carpet, cleaning the house, and getting the pool up and running. Donnie even put his own sweat into the property with some of the repairs and was kind enough to help my sister move some of our father’s belongings into her place with his truck and trailer. I am so happy to have found Brooke and Donnie, especially after my first realtor lowballed me on how much she thought we could sell the house for and simply gave me numbers of people to call to take care of the house. Brooke and Donnie were exactly what I needed, two polite and professional realtors who saw in the house what I saw in terms of its value and who did nearly all of the work for me to get it ready to sell. In the end we solid it for $85k more than my first realtor thought we would and more than it was listed for. Brooke and Donnie communicated with me every step of the way, never pressured me into anything, and are just nice easygoing guys who work hard for their clients. This, I enthusiastically recommend, without reservation, Brooke and Donnie to assist you in selling your next home!

Brooke went above and beyond helping us sell our house. After we moved out he took over and painted the inside and performed all the needed repairs to prepare the house for tours. We didn't have to worry about a single thing. He walked us through the whole sales process and answered all our questions immediately.
