Very willing to make all of the time needed to help you make the right decision. Very willing to make availability to clients on the weekends, even if it is for the entire day. Very knowledgeable about the different areas. Sarah is willing to get you any info needed from the seller to assist with your decision making process.

Sarah sold our rental home/ business. She gave us good advice on preparing the property for sale and negotiated well with buyers to get the house sold in a timely manner. Very satisfied and grateful for her expertise!

Sarah was recommended by a family member in the realty business. She was honest, straight forward and extremely knowledgeable. My wife and I were first time home buyers and Sarah made the process as painless as possible. I gave her four stars for local knowledge only for the fact that we were looking outside of her normal area. In spite of that, she took the time to show and go through with a home that was an hour away from her office. She was instrumental in us getting the home we wanted given the current housing market and multiple offers. Would 100% work with Sarah again.

I found Sarah Holpuch from a Zillow search for realtors. I looked at the properties that she sold recently and I saw that she got results. I had a condo to sell and while it would not result in a substantial commission, Mrs. Holpuch kept me informed every step of the way. She was excellent in her communication and is very knowledgeable in the field. She helped me consider every angle when negotiating with the buyer. At no time in the process did I feel like an afterthought, but I felt very valued as a client. I would highly recommend Sarah Holpuch whether you are buying or selling, this was the most favorable experience that I have had with any realtor.

Sarah worked with us for well over a year and took us through countless homes and was always patient with us. It took a lot longer than any of us anticipated, but we able to identify the right home for my family and we were able to close the deal. Sarah always did everything she could to make herself available to us on our schedules.
