It was a pleasure dealing with Sarah. My wife and I live in Canada and relied totally on Sarah to remotely list our Pahrump land parcel. She listened to our requirements and was able to arrange a sale to our satisfaction within 2 weeks of listing. She looked after Title Insurance arrangements which made the sale closing seamless. Sarah is a find! She is very knowledgable about the real estate market in this area and how fast things move on and off the market. Thanks to her timing and quick responses, I was able to find the perfect house for me and able to negotiate a deal readily acceptable to both parties. She is a very caring and competent person.
