Jeremy did an awesome job helping my fiancée and I find our perfect home. His knowledge and expertise helped us keep calm through our first home-buying experience. We communicated through email, phone calls and texts. Jeremy was responsive, patient and very good at explaining things to us as we had just entered the world of real estate. Jeremy helped us find many different homes within our price range which helped us get an idea of what we really wanted in our home. He exceled at explaining the nuances of purchasing a home and all the little things that come along with it, which helped us so that nothing would take us by surprise. Working with him helped us feel like we knew exactly what we needed to do, when to do it and how we should move forward. I'd recommend working with him to anyone who needs a spectacular agent!

I worked with Jeremy for 3 smooth real estate transactions in the last few years (two buys, one sell). What I appreciate most about working with Jeremy is how he takes away a lot of the stress from a buying or selling experience. He does this through expertise that has proven reliable over and over, and by adopting a hands-on approach to any unexpected bumps in the road. Price negotiations have been swift and easy; Jeremy will find a way to make a deal work. For any future transaction, I know who to call!

Jeremy has helped multiple times with our past houses. We have used Jeremy to sell and buy homes a few times and he has always been very helpful and supportive of our needs and wants. He is very knowledgeable in his job and I would highly recommend him to anyone I know!

I cannot say enough good things about Jeremy. He helped us with selling our home as well as buying a new one. Not only is he super professional, knowledgeable, honest, and an excellent communicator, but he is truly someone who cares about you and your family. You can tell he has a background in teaching, because he takes his time and explains each step in the process to you as a buyer or seller and makes sure you understand. His patience and ability to explain things, in my opinion are HUGE strengths and something that you as a client will greatly appreciate when going through the process of buying/selling. His teaching background also gives him a plethora of knowledge about different schools/school districts in and around metro-Atlanta, which can be very important to families with children. I highly recommend Jeremy and hope anyone seeking an experienced realtor and genuinely good person to assist them with their home journey, will give him a call!
