Sandy was incredible! Her high energy and marketing skills got us multiple offers the first weekend. I'm so grateful to Sandy for orchestrating the sale of our Shoreline house. Ours wasn't the easiest property to get on the market, I am sure. We had a bathroom renovation that went way over schedule for a property with a large outdoor swimming pool that we absolutely had to get on the market before fall. On top of that, my husband and I had already moved out of state, and so we weren't there to maintain the property and handle last-minute repairs. Sandy took care of it all, including going to battle with the very difficult bathroom contractor and regularly visiting our property in person to check up on things. She made sure the house was beautifully staged and the property well maintained, and she ensured that all repairs and inspections were done properly, which gave me peace of mind that the buyer wouldn't be blindsided by something we had overlooked. Sandy is truly a stellar realtor. She stuck it out with us for more than a year of house hunting in the Seattle area's hyper competitive market.
