Sandy is a phenomenal realtor who helped us sell our father’s condo. We picked her because she was my father's neighbor but, little did we know, we found a gem. First, she provided the resources we needed to get the property ready for sale, especially important since my sisters and I live in three different cities outside of Florida. She kept us moving forward and everyone in the loop. Her resources and juggling skills allowed us to get it cleaned out and “On the Market” quickly and efficiently. She took care of so many little details! We moved from "On the Market” to “SOLD” in 3 weeks. Sandy knows how to make real estate sales happen!

Sandy made the stressful and somewhat emotional decision to sell our home so much easier and even more enjoyable. She went the extra mile every step of the way. Sandy showed her deep knowledge of the Jacksonville market and vast experience with the selling process from the start.
