I recently worked with the fantastic LoCascio team to purchase my first home, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From start to finish, they were knowledgeable, professional, and supportive, guiding me through the entire process with patience and expertise. Sal listened to my needs and preferences, and then offer tailored suggestions and advice. He took his to understand my budget and what I was looking for in a home, then provided expert insights and recommendations that helped me find the perfect property. Throughout the negotiation and closing process, Sal and his team were on top of everything, making sure that every detail was handled smoothly and efficiently. They kept me updated and informed every step of the way, and were always available to answer any questions I had. Overall, I can't recommend the LoCascio team highly enough. If you're looking for a real estate agent who truly cares about their clients, and who will go above and beyond to help you find your dream home, then look no further. Salvatore is an extremely knowledgeable and dedicated realtor who worked diligently to help find qualified tenants for my rental property. Throughout the entire process, he represented my needs extremely well. He was always willing and available to answer calls, texts or emails. He also provided strategies and gave advice that only an experienced realtor would know. I was extremely pleased and highly recommend Salvatore.

All I can say is I really appreciated having Sal as my realtor when I was selling my condo. He helped me through the process and was always responsive when I had a question. Since it was my first time selling, he made sure that I understood the entire process. It was a pleasure to have him by my side.

Sal was a great agent to work with and very responsive. Sal made sure whatever questions we had were answered and made us feel secure. I will just start with the fact that being a first time home owner and searching for a new home was not an easy task and was extremely stressful. Sal absolutely knocked it out of the park. He made the buying process from start to finish painless. Sal was respectful and extremely patient through the entire process. Sal and his aggressive approach to real estate helped my gf and I secure our first home a breeze. If you’re looking for a real estate agent that will be on top of things and help you find your home of your dreams, I would highly recommend him!!!!
