I was not represented by a realtor when I phoned Ryan Sander to ask about one of his listings. He pitched the appeal of the property -- but when I asked about the negatives, he was equally honest. That impressed me. I asked him to rep me, and throughout the process of closing the deal, Ryan proved to be the complete professional -- organized, prompt and courteous.
