Ryan's professionalism, knowledge of Kerrville and patience made what could have been a frustrating home buying experience a positive one. The purchase of our new house was contingent on the sale of our old house. Unfortunately, the sale took a long time and, we had a buyer back out. During this time, Ryan showed our family numerous homes and, wrote offers on two homes we didn't end up getting. His patience and guidance helped us through the process and kept us sane. When we found out new home, Ryan was able to get an offer submitted within hours, beating other offers. Beyond being a great realtor, he is a genuinely nice guy and family man who obviously cares about his clients and community. You really can't go wrong using him as your realtor.

Ryan was absolutely amazing during the home-buying process! He was always ready to go see properties, driving all over Gillespie County to find the perfect house within the specific parameters.
