Ryan was ESSENTIAL to the success of selling my home in Thompson, CT. He was incredibly responsive, rolled with every twist and turn of what ended up being an approximately 6 month house-selling process. He kept a positive but realistic attitude, was always honest with where things were, what the options were from that point, and went above and beyond to help things close after a freak 1 in 20-year storm. He was literally helping bail water at one point. What more do you want from the guy? Truthfully, the type of realtor you want on your team. I'm very thankful we went with him.

We have used Ryan twice now: as first-time buyers four years ago, and as sellers of that same house this year. Ryan is great; he was recommended to us by a friend and did not disappoint. He is personable and approachable, but also professional and knowledgeable. There is no dumb question with Ryan. As first-time buyers, we didn't even know all the right questions to ask. Ryan always initiated valuable insight on the housing market, the home search process, and what to look for. He helped make our first home buying process go extremely smoothly with all of his professional connections. He had a guy for everything we needed and they, too, were trustworthy and effective in their positions. When it was time to sell our first home, we asked Ryan if he was willing and he made time and made it happen. We went on the market on a Wednesday and had 11 offers by Sunday, many over asking! Especially as out of state sellers, the process went more smoothly than I'd imagined was possible. Ryan is an excellent communicator, and will always go the extra mile for his buyers and sellers. We have no complaints and would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell in the CT-MA-RI areas.

As a Real Estate investor, I have had Ryan assist me on both the purchase and selling of properties. Whenever my primary agent at Johnston and Associates would be out of state on vacation Ryan would happily fill in for her. He projected a total team approach and brought forth a wealth of knowledge on both sides of the Real Estate transaction, all the while making me feel like I was his regular customer.

Ryan is excellent! Always available on short notice and is always honest with you about if you are getting a good deal! He is NOT the type of realtor that will just try to sell you the first home you see. He truly wants to find you the best home for YOU!
