I cannot recommend Ryan enough! I was moving from out of state on a tight timeline, and he made what could have been a stressful and overwhelming process feel smooth and manageable. Each time I came into town, Ryan put together whirlwind tours of many houses, and he was patient, thorough, and clear in explaining every step of the process. Ryan’s knowledge of Detroit and the surrounding metro area is outstanding. He knows the neighborhoods and the types of homes inside and out. He asked thoughtful questions that helped me narrow down my search without any judgment. Ryan always has a pleasant, straightforward, and honest approach to conversation. His communication was excellent. He was easy to reach by phone or text virtually any time, and I never once felt ignored or like I wasn’t his top priority. Even after closing, Ryan has continued to go above and beyond. He has helped me find qualified, licensed contractors to take care of immediate improvements to the property, and every recommendation has been spot on. He even provided recommendations for veterinarians in the area so I could get my cat in to see someone shortly after moving, which was a huge help. Ryan’s focus is entirely on getting the best outcome for his clients. He is knowledgeable, genuine, and very easy to talk to. His honesty and commitment made me feel confident at every step, even when I was under a tight timeline and hadn’t expected to move so quickly. I had to sell several of my properties in Detroit and chose Ryan, and so glad that I did. Before finding him, I did a lot of research to pick the best broker possible, and I can attest that Ryan is an absolutely amazing real estate professional. The properties were low priced properties around $50,000. Ryan treated each of these sales like he would have treated a multi million dollar property. He's super knowledgeable, honest and I am glad I found him. Choose Ryan when you are looking to sell or buy in Detroit, he rocks!

We worked with Ryan on both the buying and selling side and he was absolutely wonderful-he made the entire process as smooth as can be. He sold our home for over asking price in just one weekend. He worked with us, for over a year, to find a house that was right for our family. He truly cares about what is best for his clients, listened to what we wanted in a home and went above and beyond to make our dream home a reality. He communicated and worked effectively and quickly with the other realtors involved to close our deal and pushed for an early close date so we could be settled by the time our daughter started school. He is a professional through and through and we could not recommend him enough!!

Ryan did an awesome job for me! He sold two homes in two months, one for more then asking on the first day!! He then helped me buy a new home for less then asking in a competitive market! He was very patient while we looked in many different cities. I highly recommend him!

About 2 years ago my son and I decided to explore investing in real estate in Detroit. We were referred to Ryan by a contact in our local California market and we began the conversation by letting him know that we were looking to start small and grow slowly but steadily, with the goal of building a portfolio of properties to provide retirement income while also mixing in some fix-n-flips to generate additional capital. In a little less than 2 years we have purchased 1 long-term rental property and completed + sold 2 flip properties. Ryan was instrumental in helping us find a great rental property and also handled the management and execution of the flips from A to Z. Both flip properties were given to us by Ryan including one that was off-market. He analyzed their ARVs and rehab costs nearly perfectly. We also used Ryan's recommended contractors. He also provided us with regular updates during the rehab period, which provided us with great peace of mind and certainty that our investment was in good hands. He also was able to sell both properties quickly and at prices that allowed us to make great returns on our investment. We would highly recommend Ryan to anyone for anything real estate related as he brings a level of knowledge and experience that most other Realtors do not have!
