Ruth completely disregarded our contract. She knew the seller was under contract with us and thought that there would be no consequences. Her lack of research and acknowledgment of our agreement with the seller backfired at the end. I would not recommend working with this realtor.

Ruth is amazing! Met her during a showing & knew instantly she was fair across the board! Even when on the opposing side of being an agent! I later hired her to sale my home! It had a contract before even being listed…she’s proactive in seeking & sealing the deal. She’s responsive around the clock! Her marketing is phenomenal. Hire Ruth if you want to get your home sold or if you are even looking into buying.

Ruth is a true "realtor of the people". She will always go above and beyond for whoever she is representing. Her level of expertise is what you need by your side when going through one of the biggest decisions of your life. Her responses are consistent, always answering her phone calls despite of time of day. Her negotiation skills are off the chart, amateurs beware. Plus her knowledge of work expands throughout all southwest Florida. Ruth is a true unicorn realtor that WILL fight for your better interest
