Dawn was EXCEPTIONAL from the beginning to the end. I knew she would be our realtor from the very first conversation. After speaking to several, I decided to move forward with her as our realtor. She is professional, knowledgeable, resourceful, kindhearted, thoughtful and has good character. I would recommend her to anyone looking for their new home. She has an eye for detail, remained in touch with updates on communication, and shared her thoughts on what we should look for in a new purchase. I am glad our paths crossed. If you want a genuine person who will help you every step of the way, Dawn is the realtor for you! Being a first time home owner, this was a foreign process for us. However, Dawn was very in depth and explained everything to us, which allowed this home buying process a breeze. Even with our hectic schedules, Dawn was very responsive via text, email, and over the phone. We had such a great experience with Dawn, that she is currently the realtor for my parents. Definitely would recommend her to anyone who needs a knowledgeable, and caring realtor.

We had a wonderful experience working with Dawn. After working with an agent at a large company and not feeling heard we were referred to Dawn and we couldn’t be happier we made the switch. Dawn immediately made us feel like a priority and responded to any questions right away. She knew time was of the essence in this market and got us appointments as soon as we had interest in the properties. Once we found our Home she was right there with all the information and stuck with us all the way through. Dawn isn’t afraid of making sure the builder is on top of things and she made sure they followed through with everything after our initial walk through. We couln’t have asked for a more perfect fit with our realtor and are so happy to have found our new home working with her.

This was our second time working with Dawn. She guided us through our first purchase eight years ago as first time home buyers and was just as amazing this time around as she was then. She is highly responsive, whether 7:30 in the morning or 9:30 at night, knowledgeable and observant, bringing up things we didn’t see or consider when searching for a home. She remembered and took into account what our wants and needs were in each home we looked at. I would highly recommend Dawn.
