We first used Robyn Long when we purchased our first home in Juneau, AK, in 2014. She was amazing. Friendly, calm, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. As first time home buyers, were on a “budget” and she helped us find a home that we loved. Fast forward 10 years later, and it was time to move home to Colorado to be near family. We looked no further than Robyn, and she was amazing again. Especially at the very end, when we ran into extremely stressful delays on the closing of our house (thus delays on the closing of our new house in Colorado and that seller’s closing on her new house) that were completely out of our control. There are simply not enough good things to say about Robyn. She’s not only an awesome realtor, but an awesome human being as well. Her associate Michelle Carson was also fantastic and put in a lot of work. Our gratitude to both of them is immeasurable!!!

We used Michelle and Robyn to sell our house in Juneau. We had a few timeline constraints, like ferry schedule, and guests visiting, that impacted our closing date that they were more than willing to accommodate. They were also protective and professional about who they let into our home during open houses or showings. They were communicative about steps, easy to work with, and organized.

Michelle was Amazing to work with!! We moved here from NC so we were clueless about how the market was and how housing worked, but Michelle was so helpful and was always willing to show us houses and answer all of our questions. This was such a easy and smooth process and would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to buy or sale in Juneau!!

I recently purchased a home with Michelle of the Robyn long team and could not be more pleased. Fast and timely responses when sent questions. Always keeping us up to date with the whole process and answering any questions we had with ease. The whole process was not stressful or painstakingly long, everything was easy flowing and was all done in a quick timely manner.

Robyn's demeanor made it easy for us to create a trusting bond with her. We quite literally left the fate of a house in her hands and not only did she deliver, but she got us our dream home. She is genuine and cordial. I have the utmost respect for her and wouldn't choose another real estate agency to handle one of the most nerve-wracking life commitments there is.
