We used USAA, who provided us with a list of Realtors to pick from to represent us in the sale of our Beach House. Before we could even begin to research the agents USAA provided, Robin called us immediately and within just a few minutes provided us with her marketing strategy, how she would present our Beach House and information on how long her listings typically stayed on the market for our area. She also provided loads of information on comps in the area. After this, we felt that we found our Realtor! Robin immediately met with us, provided us with suggestions for the house and scheduled a professional photographer and videographer who took amazing pictures to showcase our house, using state of the art drone technology. When we saw our listing, we were so impressed! Throughout the selling process, Robin was always available and provided immediate feedback to all our questions. We feel we had a very dependable and loyal agent in Robin, as well as a friend!
