Robert and Jason were amazing to work with. Professional, knowledgeable, and caring all wrapped up into a great team! They walked us through each step of the process and made sure it went smoothly. Purchasing from out of state made it a little tricky, however Robert and Jason went above and beyond to help us through the inspections and walk throughs in order for us to close escrow on time. We are so grateful for their expertise and appreciate all they did to help us purchase our condo. Highly recommend working with them!

Robert Sauers and teammate Jason Fueston accomplished in 2 months what two other realtors could not in over a year. I highly recommend them over any other realtor in Washington State. They have years of full-time experience versus the 90 hours many realtors have for a license and side hustle. Robert & Jason are industry experts including clear communication and collaboration with their client. They listen well and cater to the client within market conditions rather than following real estate habits which may not be helpful or accurate. Their sales approach is creative and effective.
