Bob was such a delight to work with. He was very professional, knowledgeable, listened to our wants and desires. Although we did welcome his experienced suggestions. Although the house has been sold , yeah ! we still have a few issues to work out with county permits and Bob is still involved with helping us go through this process , even though his job is done . But he has chosen to help us through it , which is much appreciated ! We wouldn’t hesitate to refer him to anyone interested in selling or buying a home!

Mr. Robert Graeve was my realtor who sold my home in just a few days. Most realtors are there to simply sell your home and sign on the dotted line. Not Bob, he went far beyond the call of duty. I had numerous issues that needed to be fixed, and Bob took on each and every one of them with finding all persons needed in order to make my home ready to sell. Bob is a professional gentleman that I would recommend sincerely to anyone needing a realtor. So, my recommendation is: “IF YOU WANT A GREAT JOB, JUST CALL BOB”.

Bob explained the sale process in our county and efficiently list my home. He and his staff were able to respond to questions via phone and text within a reasonable time frame. He negotiated a quick sale of my home with relative smoothness. He was very professional to resolve any issue that arose. Other homes in my former neighborhood listed the same time as mine are still for sale 2 months after mine sold. That is proof that Bob is the one to call if you need to sell your home.

The most incredibly thoughtful detailed realtor went out of his way to find the most perfect house for me and help coordinate every detail. The process was so easy thanks to Bob and his assistant Karen, they helped with every detail even getting the previous owners phone numbers to help set up all new garage codes and organize all paperwork. The best you will ever find
