Jonathan was absolutely wonderful to work with. He really cares about his clients as well as the community and neighborhood he lives in. He was always available to answer our questions .He checked on the progress of our house often and notice details that we didn’t even think of that needed to be fixed before closing.He made sure our house was ready to close with no open work orders.We had the best experience purchasing a Lennar Home with him as our buyer agent.THANK YOU so much Jonathan for being extremely helpful, open, transparent, and reliable through the entire process .My husband and I can’t rave enough about you.

Shelly represented the seller and I represented the buyer. Dealing with Shelly was a pleasure and super easy. She answered the phone, followed up, accommodated my buyers, and did exactly what she needed to do the properly sell her client's home. This is not always the case when you work with another agent. I've advised clients to walk away from properties before because the agent was bad. I've told listing agents to make sure to let me know before accepting an offer and they didn't, and I had clients paying cash that would have paid more. When selling your home, you need a good agent. If I wasn't an agent, I would use Shelly myself!

Shelly was very professional.She kept us informed every step of the way, showings, inspections, who was in the property and when. Checked to make sure it was locked up even got the mail for us. Walked us through the entire process, netted us more for the sale than we anticipated. Highly recommended.

My Fiance and began house hunting just as the cost was beginning to rise which made me a bit nervous because the houses we were looking at for our price range were in poor shape, neglected with a fresh coat of paint to try to hide the decay. We began losing hope when our friend Shelly said I can help! She jumped right in and pulled MLS sheets and was determined to help find us something nice. She was out the door to meet us when a house became available, always ready that young lady!!! We LOVE her and highly recommend her!!
