Carly is an amazing realtor and we highly recommend her! We first met her when we toured a house we weren’t sure we were interested in. Within minutes of our tour, we realized that it would be the perfect home for our family. Carly helped us successfully navigate the bidding process in an ever evolving real estate market. Guiliana answered the phone when I first inquired about my residence. Turns out the Holm I was trying to purchase was built my grandparents back in 1954. I absolutely had to have the house and she knew how much it meant to me. Since I’m down in Florida and the home was in Connecticut, I feared it may be a difficult transaction, but she made everything seamless. The closing went well and I have got my family is home Back in my hands. As a matter of fact, I’m going to have her help me sell my aunts house so that she can move into this new home. I just purchased. I would recommend her.

Rob and Sophie and the team went above and beyond our wildest expectations in selling my Mom's house. They turned a difficult situation into something that was easy for us and not stressful at all.
