Wow! We were so lucky to find Tom and Erika! We finally decided to buy a property in Sedona after renting there for several winters. After a quick trip down to view the property they were able to make everything happen long distance when we returned to Wisconsin. They thought of everything, including sending contact info on utilities we would be using. They made contact with us throughout the process and responded to questions quickly. Plus they are just really nice, kind people. I can guarantee you will be happy trusting them regardless of buying or selling a property.

I've had the good fortune to buy a house and sell a house with Tom and Erika Garrow. The best experience I've had with realtors. Tom and Erika make sure that all details are addressed. Tom and Erika at The Garrow Group were excellent at helping my husband and me find a home to raise our baby boy. We were moving from Iowa back to Arizona. During the process, Tom was ALWAYS available for home tours. Their responsiveness was incredible and they proactively provided information to us throughout the process. Tom and Erika know the Cottonwood area very well and had our best interest in mind for a home to raise our son in. We were lucky enough to find a home with a beautiful view of Mingus Mountain and the Sedona Red Rocks with their help in this competitive market. Even after we purchased our home Tom and Erika were available for any questions we texted them to make sure we had all the information we needed and provided that warm reassurance that we needed in buying a new home. We will eternally be grateful that they helped us find our beautiful home.

Rick did a fantastic job. He helped us buy the home 10 years ago and did such a good job then, we insisted he help us sell it when we had to relocate. Rik has great experience and knowledge of the area market. He is patient helped us with the amount we should list it. He was right on with the market value and worked hard to get us a great price for our property even when our first buyer fell through. He never gave up and made the whole process easy to do.
