My wife and I had the opportunity to see several properties in the St. Augustine Beach area. Rich listened to our needs, wants and asked the right questions before showing properties. Rich recently helped us purchase a home in the St. Augustine area. Since we were moving from New York, Rich had to do much of the leg work for us. So many times, he went "above and beyond the call of duty" to answer our questions and keep us informed about so many details.
