Lauren has deep roots in VT and knows the regions, their real estate markets, and services well. Thus, buying a house with her from out of state was seamless with her skillful guidance. The depth of her knowledge, her clear eyed negotiations skills, her prompt attention to detail, and her good natured manner made working with her a real pleasure. She even continued to answer questions well after the purchase was completed. She's a gem!

We have worked with Lauren for 2 purchases and 1 sale now and we are so thankful to work with her! Lauren is incredibly responsive, so knowledgeable about the area and gives great advice. We had a potentially big hiccup pop up 2 days before our recent closing and Lauren worked so hard and was able to smooth it all over within a day! We don't know what we would have done without her. Her knowledge of contracts and legal language is also SO helpful. We would work with her over and over again, we talked many times about how happy we were to have her on our side!
