Rhonda is an exemplary real estate professional. She listened, delivered and made herself available to me where I felt like I was her only client. She over-communicated and reeled me back in when she knew I was drifting from my "must-haves." Rhonda put my best interest in front of her own. Despite the sale price, location or closing timeline, Rhonda made sure I was making the decision I wanted to make. She treated me like a person and not a transaction. Not only is she the most caring person but she is tough and will stand firm by you. Rhonda has a client for life with me. She is truly a gem in this industry filled with agents just looking for a commission check. She is patient, timely and listens to your wants and needs!

We are truly fortunate to have found Rhonda Taylor to assist us in our search for a home in the Charlotte area. At the time of our search, we lived out of state and our travel was limited due to the COVID-19 pandemic. As first time home buyers, we found Rhonda to be super helpful, thoughtful and very patient with us, helping us through the virtual house search. She did not pressure us to settle on any house but was very willing to help us find only the best deal for us. She was very organized and helped us stay organized through out the process. She was present at all the inspections, relevant meetings, closings both on our behalf and with us. At the end of the search, she even created a binder for us with all of the relevant copies of paper work for our records. We especially appreciate her follow-ups after moving in to our house to ensure we had no issues. Even when an issue came up she did everything she could to help resolve the issue. Rhonda is very pleasant to work with. We couldn’t be more pleased with our decision to work with Rhonda. We continue to recommend her to everyone we know looking for a home in the Charlotte area!

Rhonda sold my home in two days for $10,000.00 over asking. Her knowledge of real estate and the overall process was impressive. She had several other clients, but made me feel as though I was the only one. She was always responsive and available. Her negotiation skills were excellent! She went above and beyond the call of duty by helping me prepare for the buyer's final walk through. I would highly recommend her and feel she will work equally as hard for all her clients. She is a cut above the rest!
