Reginald did an outstanding job assisting me with selling my home. He's very knowledgeable when it comes to the market. He made me feel very involved in the process. My home sold pretty quickly, and I was happy with the overall process. I will highly recommend Reginald for purchasing or selling your home.

After expressing interest in touring a home on ZIllow, I was assigned Reginald Brown as my agent. When I went to view the requested property, I was surprised that the person meeting me wasn't the man pictured, but his wife Nelly. Nelly was pleasant and I worked with her for a little over 3 weeks, struggling through her getting my Bright MLS search set up and looking at a handful of houses. She wasn't particularly responsive during the weekends, which led to me missing out on a few houses I was interested in seeing, due to her waiting until the following Monday to try and set up viewings. After showing me a total of six houses, between her and her husband, over about 3.5 weeks, she texted me that since I hadn't yet put in any offers, I wasn't in enough of a rush and that I should reach out again once I was "a lot more ready to buy". As a first time home buyer, this was certainly not the experience I was hoping to have. I'm still trying to figure out what I'm truly looking for, what I'm willing to be flexible on, and what the market even has to offer, so being expected to make literally the biggest purchase of my life after looking at so few houses seems insane. I had expressed in my first meeting with Nelly that I wasn't in a big rush to buy, so its disappointing to now be dumped weeks later for that very reason... It feels to me like I was expected to be a quick and impressionable sell and was handed off to the assistant for a quick buck...

Reginald is exceptional and a pleasure to work with. Zillow assigned him to me after expressing my interest in a property and we have working after since. I am so confident I will find a home soon. But he has a pleasant demeanor, knowledgeable, wonderful communicate and a let’s do it attitude.

Spoke briefly with this agent and immediately recognized his honesty. I decided not to go ahead with the purchase, however will keep him in mind while I'm still looking.
