First time home buyers here and that says enough in itself. Regina sent us homes almost on a daily basis that meet our qualifications. She was available when we needed her or had questions. She was by our side from moment one. From finding a lender, home inspector, negotiating with the sellers agent on our behalf and during the closing. We highly recommend Regina to our friends and family and to anyone reading this.

You won't find a better realtor! Her knowledge, expertise, responsiveness and negotiation skills are all about what is best for you and NOT what she is going to walk away with at the closing table! Having Regina as my realtor made the whole process a breeze from beginning to end. I would HIGHLY recommend Regina Eriksen for buying or for selling your home!

Regina is awesome. Very knowledgeable and acts quick. Responds quickly and gets results....highly recommend this realtor if you want results. Even after her job technically was done she still kept in contact and read over the lease with us and made sure we understood everything.

Regina was great. She took time and attention to what ever i needed. She gave 110% and took special interest and care in her concern for my welfare. Regina managed a property & did a short sale for me. She was very tenacious in dealing with the banks , the sale itself and tenants as well as the 1000 other details needed to bring it to a successful close. Extremely professional and a great sense of humor which is quite an asset. It helps diffuse difficult situations as well & just lightens up the whole selling process. It made it a game, not life & death. I can't recommend her enough she's professional, smart, funny and gets the job done. You can't ask for more. best, Rick Bittle
