Rae was exceptionally helpful when selling the house my mother-in-law had to part with when she moved into a nursing home. She showed great wisdom in pricing it so it sold well above the asking price and above what we thought the house was worth. She actually made the dreaded process enjoyable. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND Rae!

Rae was extremely helpful in finding and purchasing our new home! She was very flexible with her time. She showed us houses on weekends and did paperwork for offers late into the night. We appreciated her sacrifice of her time to help us! She was very knowledgeable. Always able to answer any questions we had. She was so good to give us all of the information we needed to make our decisions. She was realistic with us when it came to the bidding process, which we weren't experienced with. Overall, we had an awesome experience with Rae and will continue to work with her for future purchases! Highly recommend!

Rae was awesome!! Super easy to work with. Always answered our questions very quickly. She even ran the house keys out to us the next day after closing when the sellers forgot to leave them for us. Excellent realtor!

It was our first experience selling a home. Rae gave us excellent information of what the process would entail and offered her expert advise on how to make the house show well. A few things from the inspection required attention. Rae helped us find the right people to quickly resolve the issues. We were relocating to another state and were not able to be in town during the sale and closing. Rae kept in contact with details, talking us through the process, and represented us at the closing. We were extremely pleased with her knowledge and the service she provided. We would recommend Rae to anyone looking to sell their home.
