Rachel and Dan were awesome to work with and helped me successfully close on a fabulous property! They were patient as I vacillated between condos and single family homes in a variety of neighborhoods, styles and price points. So grateful the universe matched me with Rachel, who throughout odyssey was part therapist, sage, encyclopedia, house whisperer, numbers witch, intuitive & savage negotiator without whom I can’t imagine having sifted through noise & won 4D chess of 2024 residential market to close on, much less within budget, a home that is beyond my wildest dreams. Especially if like me you’re as nit-picky about beauty as you are counting your money, Rachel’s good taste, infinite patience, and constant communication was the grease that kept wheels moving forward to constructive purpose when with different agent they might have ground to halt. And now that we’ve closed realizing she had my back in so many other tiny ways I didn’t even realize were issues at the time. Can’t recommend enough!

I have worked with some excellent realtors over the years … but Rachel is the best. She is smart, hard-working, professional and fun. Buying a home in a tight market can be challenging, but Rachel made it easy for us. She helped us make an offer that was good enough to get the house under contract and quickly off the market, but still at a price with which we were very comfortable. She helped us get a great home inspector and work through a few issues with the seller. The closing was easy and smooth. If you are buying (or selling) a home in the Birmingham/Hoover area, I wholeheartedly recommend her.
