Phillip was outstanding in all aspects of the homebuying process. From the initial meeting to helping with organizing contractors, materials, and helping us rent out our other property I can’t say enough about his expertise and customer service. What stood out the most to me and my wife was his help in getting the house ready after purchase. The house was mostly move-in ready, but needed some work and he went above and beyond in ensuring repairs were done at the right cost in an efficient manner. We also had some challenges arise throughout the lending process that he was able to help us navigate us through. If you want to sell or purchase a home, I highly recommend. You will not regret it.

Philip and his team were great to work with. From start to finish (Close of escrow) it took just under 2 months to sell our home. Philip was very professional and extremely knowledgeable in regards to the housing market and what needed to be done to ensure the timely sale of our home. The majority of documents that I needed to sign were delivered electronically, which was critical due to my work schedule. His staff was very responsive and vey helpful whenever I had any questions. The entire process was extremely smooth.

Philip and his Team were incredible during the sale of my parents’ home of 63 years. The home sold in record time, and the process was truly pain-free. We had no idea Philip and the Team would provide so many services & resources in addition to selling the home. They eased our minds (and our backs) by providing tremendous assistance in clearing the home, executing small repairs (along with strategic upgrades), and readying it for a swift sale.
