Phil is a true professional. It was a real pleasure working with him. We were able to sell our property with no problems at all. Phil kept us up to date every step of the way. Phil helped me and my husband find our amazing home 8 years ago. When my dad was looking to move to south jersey, I knew he had to use Phil. From day one , my dad had so may things he was looking for in a house, and Phil would filter houses to what my dad was looking for. After a few showings, Phil found the house that hit all the marks. He helped him negotatiate the house and helped him stay within his budget. Phil really shines when it comes to comminicating. He asked me from the first day if I had hour limits for communication, which I dont. Phil would be sending me info all night, staying on top of outstanding items, and ensuring all of my dads questions were answered and we were satisfied. Today, my dad closed on his house. Phil jokingly asked if we ever thought this day would come. My response- if it wasnt for Phil being a top agent, and staying on top of the outstanding items, communicating every detail to us along the way, we would probably wouldnt have closed today. Phil- you are a rockstar. If we could give you 100 starts we would. Thank you for making this process easy for my dad and FLAWLESS.
