Crowley & Carr was instrumental in the sale of our mixed-use, multi-building commercial property, with Phil leading all communication, appointments, and negotiation, including with a major developer from outside of the region that he procured an option-purchase agreement with shortly following listing. Phil acted as a liaison between lawyers, government, and professionals from all sides of the transaction, seemingly at all hours of the day, night, and weekends to keep things moving in proper order for what are always time-sensitive commercial transactions.

It was a pleasure having Phil as our agent. He is everything you look for as rating above states but also so very honest and trustworthy. On top of that he was so patient with all doubts and question and with all the time he spent on the phone with us. His responses to phone calls were also so very quick. Not sure if an agent can be any better than Phil.

Philip help me buy and sell very easy to communicate with, and he did an excellent job. staying on top of everything. he also helped me with home inspections termite inspections has a group of guys that work with him I had a flawless closing. And he even got my son some Christmas presents, which meant a lot to me.
